Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. الإلغاء في أي وقت
1. Cancel any time
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على support@example.com قبل تاريخ التجديد القادم. لن تُحصَّل أي رسوم بعد الإلغاء، ويستمر وصولك إلى المجموعة حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@example.com before your next renewal date. No further charges are made after you cancel, and you keep your place in the group until the end of the period you paid for.
2. التجديد التلقائي
2. Automatic renewal
يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا كل شهر بسعر 99 درهم. إذا لم تلغِ قبل تاريخ التجديد فسيتم تحصيل رسوم ذلك الشهر.
Your subscription renews automatically every month at 99 AED. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, that month will be charged.

لأن الانضمام إلى المجموعة يتم فور الدفع، فإن المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد منح الوصول، إلا إذا فرض القانون خلاف ذلك أو تم تحصيل المبلغ بالخطأ.
Because you join the group as soon as you pay, payments are not refundable once access has been given, unless the law requires otherwise or you were charged in error.
4. الخصم الخاطئ
4. Charged by mistake
إذا تم خصم مبلغ منك بالخطأ أو مرتين، راسلنا خلال 14 يومًا وسنراجع الطلب ونعيد المبلغ إن ثبت الخطأ.
If you were charged by mistake or twice, email us within 14 days. We will review the request and refund you if the error is confirmed.
5. كيف تقدّم طلبًا

أرسل رسالة إلى support@example.com تتضمن الاسم ورقم الهاتف المستخدمين عند الاشتراك، وسنرد عليك خلال أيام عمل قليلة.
Email support@example.com with the name and phone number you used to subscribe, and we will reply within a few business days.
6. النزاعات والمدفوعات الفاشلة
6. Disputes and failed payments
إذا كان لديك اعتراض على عملية دفع، يرجى مراسلتنا أولًا لنحل المشكلة بسرعة. إذا فشلت عملية تجديد، فقد يُوقف وصولك إلى المجموعة حتى يتم الدفع.
If you disagree with a charge, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly. If a renewal payment fails, your access to the group may be paused until payment is made.
