تقدّم Falcon Signals، التي تديرها [Your company name]، توصيات تداول عامة وتعليقات على الأسواق عبر مجموعة واتساب خاصة ("الخدمة"). الخدمة معلومات عامة فقط. نحن لا نقدّم نصائح استثمارية شخصية، ولا ندير أموال العملاء، ولا ننفذ الصفقات نيابةً عنك.
Falcon Signals, operated by [Your company name] ("we", "us"), provides general trading signals and market commentary through a private WhatsApp group (the "Service"). The Service is general information only. We do not give personal investment advice, we do not manage client funds, and we do not place trades for you.

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to trade in the country where you live. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service is lawful where you are.

ينطوي التداول في الفوركس والذهب والمؤشرات والعملات الرقمية، خاصة بالرافعة المالية، على مخاطر عالية. قد تخسر جزءًا من رأس مالك أو كله. قد تكون التوصيات خاطئة ولا تضمن أي نتيجة، وأي توصية سابقة أو مثال لا يدل على نتائج مستقبلية. أنت وحدك من يقرر ما إذا كنت ستتداول وكيف، وأنت المسؤول عن قراراتك ونتائجها.
Trading forex, gold, indices and cryptocurrencies, especially with leverage, carries a high level of risk. You can lose some or all of your capital. Signals can be wrong and do not promise any result, and any past or example signal says nothing about future results. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you are responsible for your decisions and their outcomes.

الخطة الشهرية بسعر 99 درهم إماراتي شهريًا، تُحصَّل مقدّمًا وتتجدد تلقائيًا كل شهر حتى تلغيها. تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر مزوّد دفع خارجي، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك. سنخطرك قبل أن يسري أي تغيير في السعر عليك.
The monthly plan costs 99 AED per month, is charged in advance, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and we do not store your card details. We will tell you before any price change applies to you.
5. الإلغاء

يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت قبل تاريخ التجديد القادم عبر مراسلتنا على support@example.com. يستمر اشتراكك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة ولن تُحصَّل أي رسوم بعد الإلغاء. راجع سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء للتفاصيل.
You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date by emailing support@example.com. Your subscription continues until the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges are made after you cancel. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. الاستخدام المقبول

الاشتراك شخصي. يُمنع مشاركة رابط الدعوة أو إعادة توجيه التوصيات أو نشرها أو بيعها. يحق لنا إزالة وصولك دون استرداد إذا خالفت هذه القواعد أو أسأت إلى أعضاء آخرين أو إلى فريقنا.
Your subscription is personal. You may not share the group invite link, or forward, republish or resell the signals. We may remove your access without a refund if you break these rules or abuse other members or our team.

نسعى إلى إرسال التوصيات بانتظام، لكننا لا نعد بعدد معيّن من التوصيات أو بأوقات محددة أو بخدمة دون انقطاع. التأخير أو الأعطال في واتساب أو في اتصالك بالإنترنت أو لدى وسيطك خارجة عن سيطرتنا.
We aim to send signals regularly, but we do not promise a set number of signals, specific times, or uninterrupted service. Delays or problems with WhatsApp, your internet connection or your broker are outside our control.
8. الملكية الفكرية

المحتوى والتوصيات ملك لنا، ونمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا لاستخدامها لأغراضك الخاصة فقط.
The content and signals belong to us. We give you a limited personal licence to use them for your own purposes only.
9. حدود المسؤولية
9. Limit of liability
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن خسائر التداول أو الأرباح الفائتة أو الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة. ويقتصر إجمالي مسؤوليتنا عن أي مطالبة على الرسوم التي دفعتها لنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة. لا يؤثر هذا في أي حقوق لك لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date of the latest update is shown at the top. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept it.
